I would describe wearing all kinds of make up as a power play. Not to attract the opposite sex, or same one, but to demonstrate to many that you actually have your life in order. Thus making it a power play.
On Christmas morning, I received one of my favourite gifts ever. This was the Urban Decay Naked palette 2. I absolutely adore this because other than staying on for as long as you need it to, which many lower price palettes wouldn’t, it truly accentuates your contours. What I mean by this is that if you have gone for the summer look, in which you use many highlights, the perfect complementary shades are YDK and Chopper. However, it also can also accomodate for a great smoky eye look with the shades, Verve, Pistol and a hint of snakebite arounf the rim. Use Bootycall for the highlighter underneath your tamed eyebrows for both looks.
As well as the palette, today I acquired the UD All nighter Make-up setting spray. To apply this, you must close your eyes and either spray it in an X formation, or T. It’s really effective because I met up with one of my best friends, and fellow blogger Lois, and because this is sunny sunny Britain, it rained the whole time. However, no fear, my look did not run but actually stayed in pristine condition due to to this wonderous spray.
These two items together are on the upper end of the make-up market, the eye shadow being close to £40 and the spray being around £10. But this should not sway you to buy them. They will last for a long time and are really great quality. Also, UD is much like a puzzle. All of the make up works really great together (this is an assumption as I do not own all of it).
